I help small and midsize businesses decide which operational problems are worth solving with AI or automation before they spend on a build.

An operator before an AI consultant.

I co-founded Mixed Up Foods in 2020 and ran operations for six years across manufacturing, inventory, supply chain, wholesale, distribution, DTC, events, and finance.

I have dealt firsthand with the unglamorous work that quietly limits a business: copying information between systems, reconciling numbers that disagree, planning production around incomplete data, chasing documents, and carrying exceptions in one person's head.

I built operational systems and automations inside that business. The important lesson was not that every problem needed AI. It was that a technically functional tool can still be the wrong investment when the workflow, data, economics, or value-capture plan is weak.

That is the basis of ThrivonAI: observe how people actually do the work and why, establish the baseline, quantify the potential and full cost, label uncertainty, and recommend build, defer, or do not build. When the answer is build, the target workflow and the technology are designed together, including human judgment, guardrails, and exception handling.

Make the investment decision before the build decision.

Bring one operational problem you suspect is costing too much. We will determine whether it merits a deeper audit.
